Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. All fees are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of our services.

If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services until payment is made in full. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. novelrmjv reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access and use our services will cease immediately. You remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, liability limitations, and governing law.

We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your data upon termination, subject to our data retention policies and any outstanding payment obligations.
